For me wrestling mostly died the morning my brother and I turned on the TV to watch Stampede Wrestling and instead got Billy Red Lions and Maple Leaf Wrestling when Stampede was forced out. I don't mind watching the odd old vintage match of WWF though.

I have the templates, I used them to do about 8 or so drop&rolls on the f and s chassis sleds. Too bad you are so far away, I would lend them to you. I still plan on getting another S chassis someday so I don't want to sell them.
Make your own puller out of very thick plate plate steel. Make sure the three small bolts are good quality too. I had a 780 Doo triple once that didn't want to come apart. I left it under pressure with some weasel pee on it and after a few hours I heard the bang.
Those VATS systems can take more than 10 minutes to reset. Put a battery charger on it and leave the key in the on position for at least a half hour and see if that works.
