Great thread, love to see all the old iron and how much sleds and equipment have evolved. Mine was a 1976 Arctic Cat Pantera 5000 air cooled. Always had something go wrong, but got to learn patience and even a bit of wrenching...

Still think a classifieds hall for people wanting to sell machines, they pay a flat rate to have them spotlighted aposed to every guy selling his sled off of his truck in the parking lot. Also a swap meet area, rent a table for a cost and allow people to sell some of their old parts and such...

Got a 2004 F-350 Harley Davidson Edition, 8 Inch Lift on 37's with an Edge Juice programmer on Stage 2, EGR delete, with a sled deck on I'm lucky to get 10.3 mpg. In the summer on 38's with 24's and no deck it gets 11.4 mpg. Gotta luv winter blend diesel.....NAWT!!

Agree on the Stolen Machinery Section, had my truck with sled deck stolen last year Dec 7, while working in Fort Sask. Sorry about your loss man, hope they can find something out for you. Maybe with all those damn redlight camera's in the Fort there is a pic in the system of someone speeding...

Agreed parking is a joke not to mention they wedge yah in pretty making it a bugger to get out. Another one to think about perhaps is a classified section, noticed this year alot of sleds for sale in the backs of trucks. Have an area charge a set amount for person to have their for sale sled...

An organized swap meet would be great, maybe have the big 4 dyno some of their new iron...or maybe an on site custom sled build off, that people can buy tickets on and perhaps proceeds go to local charities like the childrens stollery....just an idea.
