I saw the kits at the sled show in Edmonton a couple of years ago and my first thought was lack of durability. The moisture and vibration would likely take them out within a tank of fuel so I passed on them because of the ballasts. They may be improved by now and worth looking at again.
In the overall cost of a sled trip from Edmonton to McBride, an increase of $5 per day for a trail pass is not going to make a difference. One less drink in the pub and your even.
I'm glad to hear everyone likes their new Torch. It will be a while before I can get one or its replacement as my BB broke off contract 3 months before the Torch came out. I was keep the old 8800 and waiting for the Torch. Now I have a new 2 year contract with Rogers on a Bold 9700.

That sled was not even worth $4500 when it was in the showroom. Vertical escape should have been called "Sled for chumps that think it will climb" from small red neck towns.

That's funny. People who like Macs are generally women and gay males living in San Francisco. If a Mac appeals to you that is because all you do is surf the net and and do not need a machine with power. You probably use it only for useless reactional computing. Just like a cat, the mac has...
I had the same experience last week on two different computers. Microsoft defender caught the problem on the desktop saying the site was not safe to visit but still ended up with a trojan. My laptop ended up with Trojan.Zefarch which malware bytes did not clean. The manual removal is posted...
