Hey all, I am pretty sure my crankcase is contaminated with water and excess fuel. I am trying to locate a drain, possibly something I can access leaving the engine in the sled. It is equipped with electric start. Thanks!

Absolutely!

Just a couple miles north of the Long Lake store is the turnoff for the Long Lake Emergency Access Road. Turn east and follow this a couple more miles, and it is a huge open lot on the north side of the road. I had to unload on the road as the lot has not been plowed yet.

My boy and I had an absolute blast! I think we only touched the tip of the iceberg. Started out at the staging area and rode down the hill to cross the lake. Rode the east side, had some lunch courtesy of the muff pot, and made our way back to the east. Rode a few trails up there before loading...

Is this an actual staging area that I can leave the truck, or am I just parking on the side of the road? Thanks!

I think we will wait for tomorrow to come out. I havent ridden this area before. Any tips?

Are trail passes required for this area? Trying to decide if I want to take the 2 hour drive now, or wait until tomorrow. Are you guys getting the rain?

Any chance at riding up at the lake this weekend, or is it too thin yet?
