Old thread revived but still a good read. My BIL just sold his Suzuki C109R and picked up a 2006 Goldwing. His wife is waiting on back surgery and need something more comfortable to ride on. The Goldwing is a great bike. I may own one someday once I retire and take on some longer trips.
