I have a couple of Dan's Krazy Canadian videos that I picked up while he was at the sled show in Edmonton. He was a great guy and always took the time to chat. He was a great guy.
We have some brisket at our local Superstore marked at $4.99/lb. I almost bought one that was about 12lbs. It was just over $60 and I could have "squeezed" that one in the smoker.
That look great! I try and look for smaller ones to smoke. I have a vertical Pit Boss and can't fit muck more then a 10lb one on the racks. Like you said, the smaller ones take less time as well. Where did you find that one?
Thanks! I haven't had to replace mine yet, but my BIL just did. What type of life-span do you typically get? It may be worth just having a set on-hand so that when they do go, your ready!
I remember reading at one point that the reeds for a M1000 were a better choice for a M800 since they were a bit heavier and were supposed to last a bit longer. Does anyone have any experience or information on this?
Thanks!
I've been using it for years. I used to wait for it to go on sale at CT and then stock up. You can usually find it at Walmart for around $55 for the 5-liter jug. Thats the regular price there. It usually goes pretty fast though.
Whatever you get, make sure it has a lot of HDMI inputs, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. I moved my old Technics receiver out to the garage and replaced it with a newer Onkyo system several years ago. I do however still have the original Technics speakers, a set of surround and center channel speakers...
That sucks! I just blow mine out and pour the RV stuff in all of the drains. This has worked for me so far, but I know that with some RVs the "blow out" method doesn't work.
