I pulled the sleds out of the corner and fired them up. It was good to smell the 2 Stroke again! I carefully put everything back and positioned the bikes and even managed to get our vehicle in for the night. I hate to say it but I should have dug out the Christmas lights this weekend and got a...
I've moved both sleds to the Shell Advanced Synthetic. I used to run it in both my Summit 670X and my wife's Summit 600. I ran Cat oil in my HCR but it got too expensive. It runs the Shell Advanced now as well. If you can find it at Walmart the regular price is actually less then when it goes on...
A lot of people don't realize that a lot of devices that they own are now hard-coded for the current DST time changes twice a year. If we make the switch to no changes some will have more "stuff" that isn't at the correct time. It will be a PITA for a bit.

I have a couple of nice salmons in the freezer that have been vacuum sealed. I may get to smoking them this weekend if all goes well. What is everyone favorite brine recipe and method of smoking?
Happy Friday!

His reviews are great! Very funny, sarcastic, and too the point. I've been meaning to watch this one. I'll put it on the "to do" list for over the noon hour today.
Its a great forum as well! I became a member on that one when I had my M90. I really liked that bike. Then one afternoon a few years ago it was written off when a driver made a left turn in front of me.
I just bought a new Pit Boss vertical smoker. I'm looking forward to firing it up soon. There are a lot of good ideas in this thread. Lets keep it going! Now I just have to find time to get it put together and moved onto the deck!
