Well, the plot thickens! Somebody is a little worried right now! I find it amusing how ABC reports the plane to be a Southern California super scooper vs. one from Canada.
I should get mine outside this weekend and run it. Its sitting on the bench in the garage nice and warm. I do have fuel stabilizer in the tank, but its still good to run these things every few months!
I've had one of these for years. They work great! When the younger we had a couple of those things that sit over top of your furnace vents in the house. They worked well to dry out their boots and mitts in the evening.
We were staying in Rocky this fall and did Crescent Falls and then took the forestry trunk road to Ram Falls then back to Rocky. It a great drive but wouldn't be on a bike unless you had an adventure bike or a dual-sport. Its al gravel, but we ran into a couple of graders so it was in great...
I've read that the batteries will heap themselves when in use. I'll try the heat gun temp test to confirm. I have a foldable landing pad to put down in grassy and really dirty areas. It folds and fits in the pack nicely. It will work good in the snow as well.
I remembered I had purchased one...
I thought that I'd post here before a drone forum due to the experience of the members on this forum with the cold and snow. I got a new DJI Mini 3 this spring and would like to take it our with me while sledding. From what I understand, the battery will keep itself warm enough while flying, but...
I didn't get as much time in the saddle this year as I had hoped. Maybe year! I helped the boy (well I did most of it) get his bike ready for the shed over the winter. There isn't enough room for both of ours in the garage over the winter!
We will probably go to Huatulco in Mexico this winter. We haven't been there but others have said its great. I'd love to see Costa Rica at some point as well. Has anyone ever went to Columbia? A guy I work with tells me its fantastic, but he is from there!
