    Skid Steers

Honestly could be a million reasons. Some want a brand like Cat or Deere where they can buy all their iron from, whereas many other brands only offer some pieces. Some like bobcat could be price, IMO there use to be so many bobcats around before cause they were cheap junk. Although i've ran some...

    Skid Steers

Case makes a good machine, but honestly good luck with dealer support around Edmonton, I wouldn't let them touch any iron I own even if they did it for free. Rocky and stony are both awful.

    Sea cans

In some ways I get it it's way more of a hassle to accept payment there, but it does make it more suspicious. I'm not sure if it possible to go look prior to buying one, I may message them and ask.

I thought possibly but when entering postal code is says it's CAD.

    Sea cans

Looking for a sea can and found Eveon containers anyone ever dealt with them? Price seems to good to be true, but they have tons of reviews on trustpilot and the only negatives are about bad condition none about it being a scam and the websites match. They are in Winterburn but you have to pay...

Looking to buy new Ram 1500

If you believe you are getting that kind of discount off sticker, you must also believe the fake sticker price some dealers use......

Looking to buy new Ram 1500

Another vote for Stephani Motors, never bought from them but did sell them a truck, best dealership experience ever. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to buy from any Edmonton and area dealership, ever single one is a bunch of lying crooks.

    Banking Collapse?

If I was in the US and had money in certain banks there I might be worried. But the big banks here? No concern, they aren't going anywhere. I'm so confident i'm not even worried that I have accounts that exceed the amounts covered by deposit insurance.

    Emergency Alerts

How? I was googling it and appears any phone in Canada you can't disable them.

    Small Business Credit Cards

I still just use a personal card for business purchases, got a CIBC Aventura Visa Infinite Privilege, it's pricey at $500/year but the extra perks are worth it if you spend enough. Plus it's not limited to Air Canada like the Aeroplan.

    Netflix blocking sharing

Just swapped Netflix out with Crave on my packages. I don't think Netflix is 100% wrong is making some changes like this, too many people are abusing the password sharing but I don't think they are doing it the right away.

    Utility services

Can't say I pay much attention to my utility bills, I have everything with Epcor on auto deposit. Last bill was $450, with the $75 credit so it's really not bad. But looking at it power in dec was 24/kw and in jan 13.5/kw.

    Custom transfer tank builders

Mine is similar to that and the most it's done is sweat a bit and I just used teflon, but i'm also running diesel. The only issue i've had is getting the fill neck the right height as it's such a pain to put the pump in, my 350L tank leaves like 50L in it. It's so much nicer having a tank that...

I don't imagine the neighbors would be happy with a tractor trailer and other equipment in that sort of area :ROFLMAO:

Yea doesn't hurt. I actually looked at that place on MLS a few times. Trying to find an acreage in the area where I can park my equipment, but no interest in a reno want a teardown.

It's not worth $600k, but more then $400k, the land is worth $300k alone.

December House Sales Down 39% YoY, average sale price down 12% YoY

I agree with you on the printing money BS but no one held a gun to anyone's head to take a mortgage. I sold 3 places last summer and did very well, the writing was on the wall prices would only stay high so long and come down as interest rates skyrocketed.

December House Sales Down 39% YoY, average sale price down 12% YoY

How? It took months to raise them and there was big red flags by EVERYONE saying rate hikes were coming and there was going to be plenty of them. Granted I didn't think they would go quite this high, anyone who didn't lock in needs to be far more informed about their finances.

December House Sales Down 39% YoY, average sale price down 12% YoY

I did the same and locked in at 2.09%, I honestly can't understand how anyone didn't lock in after the first or even second rate hike. You KNEW it was coming. IMO any mortgage broker who got someone a mortgage in 2021 or early 2022 and didn't advise people to go fixed or lock it in before rate...
