So the foam is continuous and splits the concrete? That seems really weird, it would comprise the strength tremendously. I would think at the very least you'd need 6" top and bottom where the concrete joins to give it some strength. 2 4" walls isn't going to have much at all. I can't say I...
While I will say it wasn't Ritchie's fault it happened, they were less then helpful resolving it. Their attitude was not our issue, deal with lender yourself. Good luck ever getting them to buy something back if you can't get lien removed is all i'm saying, or even help removing it.
I've bought...
They say that but the reality is different. I bought a few pieces of equipment, financed it through them then went to sell 1 piece about a year later to find out there was still a lien from previous owner, Ritchie's told me point blank in WRITING not our issue we don't guarantee clear title, and...
Nah Ritchies isn't the real market price, pickups there are so inflated it's not even funny and this is always the most expensive sale of the year. Much better deals to be had at other auctions or privately, you could even get the same price at a dealer. Ritchie's is awful. Also FYI to anyone...
Except for 1 which runs 0w40 I run 15w40 in all my diesel engines it's fine in the winter. Except for the pickup, nothing is running in anything colder then -15C. Even if I did decide to run when colder it would be plugged in or parked inside and the oil is still fine.
I ran the Motomaster in my mini excavator for a bit, no issues at all. I switched to Rotella to have all my diesels the same. I don't think there's much if any difference between a lot of them really. But at $65 for 5 gallons of Rotella it's cheap to run, I stocked up awhile ago when it was cheap.
IMO you can't just blindly buy everything from one place don't care where it is some things will be priced well while some items will make you go WTF why are they gouging on that? Not even different brands but the exact same part.
Dealers don't even have parts for everything. I prefer it for...
Yep I couldn't be happier with how I timed locking in, got 2.09% for 5 years, and I got even luckier because RBC screwed up and didn't renew it, so I got an extra 3 months at that rate. With rates going up 1 of my rentals IRD dropped so that's a huge bonus. Only thing I was on the wrong side of...
Of course they will try to get out of it anyway you can. Got nothing to lose pushing it further. Or at the very least even if you've replaced it tell them you want the part, you could sell it and recoup some money at least. Think of it this way, if 10,000 owners all filed lawsuits against them...
Dahm that's insane pricing. When I built home i'm in now in 2015 a 5 ton was only $4k installed, I know when building it's less and that's no electrical but still.
They've really only went up since very recently. Looking at comparables from last fall prices were still flat. My duplex would have got about $320k last fall got $350k for it a few weeks ago. But I paid $300k for it 11 years ago and added garage, deck, fence, etc. So overall it still hasn't went...
But that's not in the case in Alberta, and people here selling thinking the market is going to tank something insane and buy back cheaper are misguided. Although those kind of increases and going to slow or stop completely pretty quickly.
I buy filters from Cummins and Strongco (they are awesome for support so i'm happy to pay a bit extra for parts) or john deere for ease and safety of knowing it's a good filter, oil I find canadian tire is cheapest if you catch it on sale they have those spend $200 get $50 off or whatever fairly...
Living in a trailer until prices fall, wow that's insane. It's not like they are going to drop tomorrow, it might be in a few months but it could be 6+ month easy. As long as people have pre-approvals at decent rates they will continue to buy. Even at 4% I think many will continue to buy the...
The sad part is the only reason sites like that exist is because some people are stupid enough to fall for it. If no one did they would disappear pretty quick.
Wait how many people are against cancel culture, unless it's something they want cancelled? That chit is totally fawked up but I think netflix should put anything up on the platform that will bring them in money, whether or not people agree with it. It's just like Chappelle, and i'm glad they...
