I too Dropped mine off at Martins for the recalls..... Dropped it off Friday ( booked in for Monday after weekend) Got a call at 10am my sled was done as well as they went the extra mile to check my belt alignment (was in a wreck and was a little concerned)!!!!!!! Great service and great people...

Second look makes me HOPE that my dealer uses a pry bar with a rubber coated tip to pry the tank up to install spacers.... In the install instructions it seems BRP is not all that concerned with marring and scratching product to get the job done... Might have to make a call just to be sure lol

Re: Recoil install.... Handle "cup" super hard to install..... Anyone else find this? Thats the whole reason why I MADE this thread... I went through the steps to make installation and removal of the cup easy... NOW that the dealership has to install the cup as per strict warranty procedures...

Recoil install.... Handle "cup" super hard to install..... Anyone else find this? Installed PS on my ES etec..... Fount the hole in oil tank where recoil handle cup slides and locks into was too small.... Two hands and body weight could not get it to snap into place,was worried about cracking...

So the recoil cup, is it now a revised model??? I am wondering why they have to "discard" the old one thats previousely been installed??? I'm gonna have to call them and let them know what I want done to the cup... There is a little "Tab" that sort of "locks" the saddle into the oil tank where...

When you inspect PLEASE give out a pic of what they did..... Would be neat to see how it looks after.....

Just thinking about it here..... IF Rails get bent, do you think a person could upgrade rails to Ice-Age and still retain the T-motion??? Are Ice Age rails stiffer??? Will T-motion still function???? Comments?? Advice???

Heres my question ( dumb question maybe but) IF there is a scribe line on the OUTPUT shaft of the motor , and your supposed to align with the outer half of the Primary, how do you see the "scribe line" when the inner sheave is installed???? Am I reading this wrong or are you talking about the...
