I ran the GGB trail can last season on my 22 . Not obnoxious at all, good tone, cuts some good weight and cooker heats up good . Its like new pm me if interested i checked a boost so dont need it along with anti gravity battery and tray. Cuts an easy 20 lbs!
Ive been on turbo yammies mainly for the past 15 years , rode them everywhere pretty much. Had a couple doos and poo for a 2nd sled or for the daughter or wife to ride but I mainly rode my yamaha. I picked up a 22 slash na 165 this season and been having a absolute blast on this sled! Sled is...
Looks like your boost is hooking up good! I think even my n/a 165 would benefit using that doo track . The 2.75 paddle seems way to soft unless I'm in champagne type powder. I have a boost checked for next season so the track will be first to get swapped then the can
Dyed gas should not hurt anything. They need to pull the suction sock off and check the pick up tube to see if it’s collapsed like many others have done and modify the pick up for time being . I’ve got about 500 km on my n/a and no pump issue so far but I might modify that pick up sock before my...
I been thinking the same thing for a track on my 22 slash 165 2.75 the traction is terrible the paddles are soft . It’s good for champagne type powder that’s about it . Going downhill is like a crazy carpet
Ya totally opposite of what I found . The paddles are still like new and so stiff compared to everything else. I ride Revvy , sic, Mcbride , Valemount. It’s almost like the old 2.5 “ camo extreme I used to run on other yammies the track was tough and great for boost
I put a doo 3 inch on my turbo viper back in about 2015 or 16 and it was absolute garbage . The paddles folded over instantly . Not sure if the newer doo tracks are any better? I put a 3" power claw on and it was like i bolted on another 30 hp . The track is awesome in all conditions and...
Good comparison! Watching muskokas videos comparing his doo and boost looks too come to same conclusion the doo comes out ahead or very close depending on snow conditions.
Many different turbo kits for the vipers lots of variables. Ive been on turbo yammies since about 2007 and the viper since 2015 . I’ve ridden 2 of my buddies sidewinders with tunes abunch . Handling wise they are very close suspension set up and different skids play have huge effect on handling...
Pretty straight forward to install just some time . I built a enclosure for mine along with cabinets etc in 2009 I think . Big under belly tank lasts 4-5 trips usually. Only thing I would do differently is use pvc piping for drying gear and not the rack duct set up I did. I will change that up...
I been waiting to see if Polaris comes out with a lock and ride type can set-up . I haven’t had too many real deep days yet or super long trails going in so haven’t really had the need to carry extra fuel
