Here is the reply I just got from Randy.
Hi Shane, We are constantly updating our kits, and parts are evolving almost monthly. In the update, you would have received a short base instead of the tall one. In talking to our pro's, they continuously ask for the lower base as people are getting...
Mine didn't contain the arm that is shown in your pic Highfly. Perhaps it was just an oversight. I've e-mailed Randy to find out and will post back here once I hear from him. It is still possible to mount the light to the go-pro mount, it just sits very low.
Yes, Highfly there is a base included in the kit. I just got mine a couple days ago with a spare battery. Was gonna install a light in my carbon fiber hood, but decided it was to pretty to cut or drill :). One thing though the arm between the light and base that is shown in the pics I've seen of...
Do it crazy, over 20 years ago I was in the same boat as you. I was coming home after racking the rig in 3 ft of mud (cats were pulling trucks around the lease) and decided that I was going nowhere and needed a change. I took the first power engineering course in Fort St John at the Northern...
I have a WRP, Brett Rasmussen signature seat for a 2013 Proclimb, what's it worth? It's in excellent shape and I only removed it because I preferred the feel of the Boss seat for this sled so I replaced it.
Where do you stay when you ride here? If you want you could likely arrange payment with Tim at The Cat Shack then I could probably get the pass for you and meet you out there in the parking lot, just a thought. We ride all over this area throughout the season and could make a day of it out there.
Just talked to my buddy that lives there and he said you could ride there right now, not the best of conditions, but you can. There is a heavy, hard layer down right now that has flattened all the willows already. If your looking for some place to do some tuning runs or are just itching...
Do you have any proof that PK has tenure all the way to Bijoux, when I looked into this 2 years ago they didn't? Don't know who you are directing your post at, but I have bought 2 passes every year for the past 20 years and I've lived and rode here for 40. I skied there when it was Azu and...
Are you referring to the Easter Run? Ancient if you ride a couple kms down the pipeline you can start poking up there, it's still some decent tree riding and you're far enough down you won't f' up the skiers/boarders. I like to do that right up to the powerline then take that trail across to the...
What Polarblu said; it's not about saying F U to the ski hill. It's about getting along with all the other users that live and ski/board there. There is lots of area there so why shouldn't we move a couple kms past Azu before blasting up the hill, may win over some allies if we ever need them...
I've drove here legally for over 35 years and never, ever got a ticket for 5 km over. 50 km yes, but 5 km not likely. I always set my cruise 10 km over the speed limit and have met countless cops on the hiway doing this and never got a ticket yet.
Maybe you have a rep over here...
Slipped and fell into the cellar on a drilling rig while de-icing it in -40 weather. Someone had put a steam hose into the 2 ft deep water and I got stuck down in there for about a minute with my feet cooking inside my winter boots. Most pain I've ever felt was the daily debriding of the burns...
