I am building a single deck for my F150. 7 foot deck plus the extra for the crossbar for the ramp and 5'-9" wide. 1x2 - .120 wall steel for the frame and ramp sides. 1x1 for the headache rack and ramp rungs. The ramp folds and is 10 feet long. The welder in the pic is not what we used btw.
