Sounds like you seized it up, try doing a compression test, or look in the spark plug holes with a lite and see if there is scuffing on the cylinder walls.

I have had the clamp installed since brand new on my pro, i ride where ever i can but i do not worry about my drive shaft failing, i do check everything out before each ride including the clamp to see if it has moved or if it is loose, but it is no different then checking for loose bolts or...

Just found out about Menztoys great prices, going to order some goodies for my new 2013 Polaris Pro. Great find.

I have 450 miles, took it easy on break in and have no problems so far nock on wood, the more I ride the better it feels. Very impressed so far.
