I have basically the same quad but without electric shift and the same thing happened. It was the shift fork. Should be able to access it from the front of the motor on the bottom side. Stand the quad up on the back end and pull the skid plate.
I pulled the motor out of mine and took it in and...
How's the transmit button on the new mic's? I seem to push it with my arm a lot when moving around on my sled. Are they a lower profile or maybe stiffer spring in them?
Rode clemina today. All the wet snow froze overnight. Was snowing when we left around 1pm. If it keeps snowing overnight it may be an alright weekend. Trail is in excellent shape right from the parking lot. A couple of small whoop sections but you can basically hold 70kph sitting down the whole...
Rode Allen today. Rained all the way to the top. Very crusty and windy today. Was snowing on and off throughout the day but the wind was scouring all the existing snow. It was hard to find any spots that were holding any powder. Trail is holding up okay but water was pooling between some of the...
Sound like the cable is too tight. It isn't going to the stop on the throttle body. When you snap the throttle lever back does it sound like the throttle is slamming closed under the hood? Pull the clutch cover and have a look at the linkage on throttle body and make sure its closing all the...

Cabin
Ridge overlooking Caribou Bowl
Probed 85cm on the ridge above Caribou with a crust 35cm down. No snow left on the trail. Snow was almost crotch deep at cabin. Lots of hazards. No damage today. Need more snow in the valley before I'll try it again.
Nice to scratch the itch though.
I thought about that before I started doing it and I don't think it's a problem. Only axial load on that shaft at the ends where the bushings ride. There is some tension on it when the tunnel spreads but it's minimal unless you twist the tunnel hitting something. Haven't had any problems with...
If your only doing your primary, you won't have to worry about the gear alignment on secondary shaft.
You'll need a puller to get the clutch off, or use the water trick. I can explain that if you're interested.
Once it's off just run the all-thread through the clutch and snug up the nuts on...
I would probably head out mid January. Lots of snow pack by then and still cold enough for good snow. Christmas/New Years crowd will be gone it'll be quieter around here. There'll be good riding from December to March though.
Talk to Terry at Summit River Lodge for accommodations and you'll be...
