Personally not a Doo fan but rode with five of them last year and they seemed to stand up quite well. One has over 5000km and as far as the structure, which is what you asked, no real problems. A few other minor issues,clutch and belt problems and side panels seemed to not stand up to much.
As said it may just be an opinion, but....
Oil on the base gasket? I've used Permatex High tack spray on gaskets and oil on bolt threads, but whats the purpose of puttting it on a gasket?
Opinion again but never had alot of luck with Weisco, forged pistons seem to expand more than the recomended...

20 ft/lb DD case to chassis
32 ft/lb Secondary clutch (with blue locktite)
70 ft/lb Driveshaft to DD output and through bolt (with blue locktite)
120 ft/lb Brake disc retaining nut

There are a few tricks that can make the skid and track removal easier.
First things first, what are you talking about when you say seal.:confused:
There is no actual seal the bearing is a sealed bearing and there is a o-ring that is placed around the bearing before the retainer is installed...
There is a product that I tried on my last sled. It is a type of graphite coating that is used for coating implements like snow blowers. I bought it through John Deere I believe it was called 'Slip Kote', I don't believe they carry it anymore though, but Case dealers have basically the same...
