Was thinking that was a little pricey in USD but that was what it said, definitely could have been a site issue. CAD for those prices is more in line for sure.
$20k USD currently $25k CAD, not a direct correlation on sled price but should be pretty close. The one I built before the site crashed was touching on $23k which is $29k CAD. Seems excessive for sure.
We have an 18 footer built into the deck, came with the house when we bought it. First year we didn’t have a heater and only a “solar tube” solution which did absolutely nothing. Added natural gas heat and a 2 speed pump so I let the water circulate 24/7 through a sand filter. First startup in...
I have a GGB Quiet on mine and am impressed so far. Fit was really good, sound is great but not obnoxious and I feel it runs as good as stock. I like a quiet sled but the stocker was a little too much like a Dyson.
I run a GGB Quiet Can, great sound and not obnoxious. Definitely not gonna see a power increase with a can but I don’t feel I lost anything either and it runs good.
I am 6’1” and 225. I wear a XL in my FXR but I also wear knee braces and the L would have been too tight in the legs and too short with braces on. Likewise I used to wear a tek vest before I had a BCA avy pack vest and the L would have been too tight. A lot depends on build and what other gear...
Went up today, the storm dropped a lot of snow and made for an incredible day of breaking trail all day long without even leaving Alberta. Great conditions and will make a great base, pretty bottomless currently.
I have been using custom CTI braces with the MX kit installed for a few years. Absolutely love them but not the cheapest option at $1500 per brace. Luckily with past knee problems my benefits paid for them 100%.
Had no issues myself. I think that anyone looking to attract the negative attention will likely get a negative result. Otherwise it seems to be business as usual but with masks.
More snow in Quartz than Silent currently but managed to have a decent day in each this weekend. Time for a reload!
Oh, and a special thanks to the guys that decided their garbage is better off in the box of my truck than taken home with them. Some people’s children......
HALO and the cockpit crash structure definitely saved his life along with the fact that it was on corner 2 and had the marshals and medical car on scene within 10 seconds. Without the HALO his head would have taken the brunt of the Armco and he would have died for sure. The FIA also just...
Could always try to message Cody Matechuk on Instagram if you are on there. He will have one for sure and Cody is a great guy, lives out on Horse Creek just north of the plant.
Had a great experience buying a demo this week from Chase at Stojans in Grande Prairie. No experience with their service side or prior experience at the dealer so I don’t know enough for a full review but I can say from the first call I made right through until I drove off Chase was extremely...
Saw this today reading the news, quick survey from the AB government. Only took me 5 minutes and I am thinking this goes towards them taking control of guns provincially rather than the Feds.

I have been looking pretty hard at this as well. I played more this year than I have in a long time and am finally getting back to where I know I can play from my days playing junior tournaments. Would like to continue through the winter to just keep consistent.
I enjoy talk radio when I am on the road and found I could not stand Jespo and his very left wing view of things over the last couple years. He was okay for a long time and sat very much in the center which was refreshing but over time he became further and further left leaning, praising the NDP...
I bought a FXR Ranger mono last season, absolutely loved it. Bought one size larger than I likely would have if I didn’t sit on a sled and move around when I tried it. I also wear CTI knee braces and a teck vest so one size larger made it fit perfect with that stuff on.
