We just spent 2 days @ Yamifest in Revelstoke with the upgrade kit testing big injectors with a remap of the factory ecu, I was running 16-17 psi with full adjustment for fuel and ran amazing. SummitBoy: With out getting into a pissing match, An average Nytro motor produces 135 hp SAE. This kit produced 180 hp SAE @ 4.4 lbs of boost. @ 9.0 psi produced 230.4 hp SAE. These #'s were repeated multiple times by a Major Manufacture. Thanks Darren

Inspect the Vehicle down sensor under rear fender , Thats what it sounds like to me, Remove all aftermarket chips or controllers and test. If everything else is in working order then it is the CDI unit, I can get ya a good deal on anything you need, Part # 27010-1421 -Darren
