Just wondering if anyone has done a home made snorkel system for their bike? If there are any things that a guy should watch out for, or if there are any pointers that will help me out while doing it. I will be doing it on a 2008 King Quad. Any suggestions or pointers would be great!
Ya, speed is not a big issue with the kind of riding i do. It is bottom to mid range that makes er go in the thick stuff. I have always heard in the past that in terms of top end speed that king quads were one of the quickest. I know that my Brute would get me from bottom to mid range quick, but...
do you mean that the 750s are slower top end then the 700s were? Cause the 700s had some pretty good top end speed. It was the bottom end where they were lacking.
Wow, cant complain with getting that kinda mileage out of a bike with next to NO maintenance. I ride with a few guys that have 700 kinq quads, and they all claim that they are great bikes that are maintenance free. I plan on keeping it fairly stock...rims, tires, snorkel and maybe exhaust if...
Am about to trade my '05 Brute Force 750 in on a new king quad 750. My brute has had a very hard life (many quad rallies and pulls). It was a good bike to me, but i would like to try something different and have heard many good things about the king quads. Im sure i will miss the v-twin power...
culvert, sent you a message with my cell #. We'll be on the road all day wed. Give me a shout and we'll make some plans to have a beer wed night somewhere and figure out where we want to ride thurs.
K, like i said...you and your buddy are more then welcome to ride with us. We have an experienced group with a couple first timers (that are good riders just not experienced in the mountains)...we will be getting to valemount around 3pm on wednesday, and dont plan on riding till thursday...
Northern Sask is a great destination if you are looking for sledding or quadding getaway. We have great snow this year (just got another dump lastnight 8 inches:) That gives us a nice cushion on top of about 3 feet of base. If you are into fishing/hunting, or just touring around and seeing some...
We will have two or more guys in our group that are very familiar with the area. Ive been to vale a couple of times, but am not very familiar with the area. We've got an experienced group of riders going tho, and we are always looking to ride with new ppl. We are staying at the Twin peaks resort...
True flat lander eh? haha. Well all i can say is make sure you get out west and do some mountain riding. Truely and experience you will never forget. How do you like the m1? I have a modded up xfire 800.
where in sask you from? Im from the meadow lake area and am a fairly experienced mountain rider. If you need any info i'll do what i can to help you out....
Im a new member and just wanted to say hi to everyone. Im from northern sask (meadow lake). Im a die hard sledder and quadder. I do a majority of my riding around home, but make as many trips west to the mountains (valemount, mcbride, revy, golden) a year as i can. Happy riding :)
