    McBride Accomadations

I think you MIGHT need to book in advance for a B&B. ( right folks ? ) I have stayed at the Sandman on 4 different occasions and I have always been treated great. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food and the prices are really reasonable. They provide security in the parking lot if...

    doo down

My 2002 MXZ 700 has 7400kms. My 2007 800 P-tec Renegade has 5500km. Both have been used in the mountains and the trails around Athabasca. I never fog anything and I never start them in the summer. I use BRP mineral oil in the 800 and I use Castrol oil in the 700. I guess I might be lucky, but I...

Post pics of your house build

Snowblower did the trick though. I actually believe it was best to leave it till the last day, kept the frost from setting in. It took only 3 days to thaw things out enough to get the plumbing in.:d

caution unloading at blue lake till spring

Regardless of the incident it is against the law to ride a sled down a public road. This is the part that really bugs me.Why are we paying registration for an off road vehicle. Registration is a road tax, but clearly we cannot use our machines on the road. Money grab is what I say. Even...

Going to court on Jan 14th 10am!

Actually no. All 3 trucks are F-350's. Apparently they are the easiest truck to steal and the most popular amoungst the crooks. According to the cops.

Going to court on Jan 14th 10am!

My friend had his work truck stolen right out of his yard. He goes outside and sees the truck leaving, with him not driving. He goes and calls the cops. Cops say it will be an hour before they get there so he figures, well I guess I'll go back to bed. While later, he goes to answer the door and...

    Pet Peeves!!

People that think just because they have their turn signal on, that you have to hit the brakes to let them into the lane. That is called cutting someone off folks. It seems to be getting out of hand. Some people feel it is their god given right to cut you off as long as they have a signal light...

    arctic cat wild cat 700?

My 92 wildcat track size is 15 x 121 X 1.5 . Stock track was 3/4 inch I believe, but 1 1/2 fits. Just changed the steel skis to plastic last week. The old girl starts every time on two pulls, even after sitting all summer. Kids love that sled !:d

First day cut short, need some help please

Hope you didn't get hurt. Sounds like the chain piled up to me. We always pull the cover before the first ride, have a look and change the oil. Takes about 1/2 hour, but can really save a long walk home. Learned it the hard way.
