Saturday, the back of mear lake was soo wind blown with exposed rocks! So much different than the previous weekend when there was untouched powder.

My pro had the clunky noise too, here is what it was

Sunken fire pits! We came upon one that had sunken about four feet, huge hole! And it was just below what would be a jump off a boulder( in better snow conditions) we found this at the bottom of what fernie snow calls cowboy basin.

Too funny! But it is true it did start to snow! We just need more than a skiff, should have danced longer!

We did some trail fixing going into smiths basin. Chainsaw would have been nice!

In that tiny thing they call a windshield bag. That's about all that will fit!

The creek bed at the bottom of koko trail is still pretty rocky!
