Does Alberta use the same frequency line up as BC for Resource Roads ??? RR3-RR10--RR16--RR35 etc with the same frequencies we use in BC??? Loading frequencies the same ??? Have looked a few times for Alberta stuff but only find BC info.
Use caution where you buy radios from!!!!! Most radios on Amazon are now "locked" to a smaller frequency range. Buy from a source like RGM--or some one that will supply you with an unlocked radio. 136 to 174mhz VHF & 400 to 520 mhz UHF.
When replacing whole backing plate assemblies, make sure right side assemblies go on the right side and lefts go on the left side. Magnet applies the front(primary) shoe which energises the secondary shoe---different compounds in the shoes. If they are switched, there will be a noticeable loss...
When you press and hold the zero, the voltage will appear----BUT it is only there for about one second , so if you even think about blinking you will miss it.
One stop shopping--they look after everything for you from your first visit forward. Lethbridge Hearing Centre. Great people to deal with--family owned too. All your questions will be answered professionally. I have been using them for 10 of the 15 years that I have had hearing aids.
Found out last Xmas that a lot of those auger drive units are "generic" parts. Lots of different manufactures use the same gears. Bought like new ones from a repair shop to fix my 4 year old machine. Filled the gear box with gear oil instead of grease. Now the gears get lubricated.
Well thats pretty interesting. My latest finds are five TYT TH8000D 10 watt radios that are testing 13 and just above 13w. But the real bonus is the battery life. 43 1/2 hours as opposed to most Baofengs at a little over 20 hrs to 24 hours using the FM radio as a test source. 37.7w will have...
Probably the same as the UV 13 pro---not 10w does not have dual PTT not an 8800mah battery and the real give away it only has H & L power. Can always tell the radio is a 5w as they dont display the high power level in the advertising. Another thing you will find that after programing...
Tried riding snowmobile trails on the power line today for the first time. Could not keep up enough speed to go up a slight incline so turned around. no trouble when gravity was with me but the 3/4 century old mind didnt like the "speed" coming back. The snowy/Icey pavement was ok.
If you do run into a problem when you get there, You can try dropping the needle one notch.---minor adjustment that is easy to do and just might clear the over fueling up.. We used to have a lot of prairie people come to Elkford that would also cut a sharper angle on a spare slide that they...
No problem with "red" plates in our area. Summer and winter riders plus lots of condo house owners too. Hunters, fishermen, campers, etc. Only change I would like to see is for the Alberta govt. to build us more campgrounds in BC.
Here is an example of why you want all 35 channels(frequencies) plus the Loading channels programed in. If you head south towards Mable lake from Hwy 1 just west of Three Valley Gap. The road changes Channels 3 times in a fairly short distance in that area. Need to know what road you are on and...

Well, I just gotta chime in here. If all those balls of wool were "bolts" of material--mainly fleece, You would have kinda an idea of what my wife has in our basement. Then there is embroidery thread for her embroidery machine. WE have Brail lettering on surfaces so that we can tell where we are,
