Very nice, I fallowed this a bit, very cool.
Got a couple questions.
So I have a 9R here, love the throttle response of this sled, better than any 850 23 models I have ridden to date.
But I find the overall power to be short being accustomed to running 200-260+ more then 20yrs.
So #1 question...
Sent by a riding pale, yesterday, about 12” on a soft base, was good and untracked.
Some coming this week, should be good for main riding zones.
I’m still laid up but getting stronger every day.
Exactly, the amount of riders means nothing, 2 or 100, doesn't matter.
PAIR UP for the day, communicate with your partner and know each others skill set and have each others back all day.
If it doesn't work out, change partner next go round.
I think you missed some of what I meant. Quick to skim over the post and judge as a keyboard jokey. PAIRS was in there, being you missed it.
Like lilduke said 90deg slopes with 6" tree spacing in the jungle is what everyone doing so screw visuals LOL. Ya everybody does that, like the Youtubers...
My self, not a big fan of this type of tech. on a sled. Basically not sold on it unless someone can convince me otherwise. I understand the idea of knowing where your buddy is, but the question is "HOW COME YOU NEED THAT TYPE OF TECH TO RIDE WITH YOUR PARTNER". NO tech can beat visual.
I have...
LMAO, is that the MAXWELL SUPER EXPERT with twin turbo's?
I see BRP innovation at work, I especially like the brake lever on the throttle side, should help with side hills and up hill turns LOL
Have you ever tried an RX1, LOL.
I believe with Yamaha's departure of the sport that their sleds in general will become more valuable, a lot more then any of the others.
I know I could have sold my SW multiple times for more then what I would had expected, there is a demand for them.
We have...
Nice project Shawn, you definitely bleed blue man.
There is something about the sound of these Apex, kinda falls in the same category as the 700 Yamaha triple. "Unique", I love it.
As some are aware I'm a motorcycle traveler as much as a sledder and in our travels through Europe we did a week in Russia on a two week ride. We saw plenty and visited enough to get an understanding of their culture, not an expert by any means and definitely would had love to spend more time...
This thread is BS
I have been to Russia, spent a week there during my Bosnian/Croatian tour. A lot of the posts on here are nonsense and irresponsible. The people, general population in Russia are very friendly but have NO to VERY little knowledge of the world outside their borders, they are...
3650 days for me, but I plan to beat the odds and make 80, so 7300 days unless my sled or KB(wife) kill me first. LOL
Laid out for the season with a hamstring issue, so scratch riding day there.
Anyone riding without insurance is simply an idiot asking for trouble.
If I was sitting there or my wife and some random sled came burling through causing us injury, enough to lose time from work and financial hardship. Guaranteed be ready to be sued, you better have insurance or your life will...
Same here as you, its been a while since I have been checked, like years.
Not that I have not encountered CO's or RCMP but that is generally around popular(busy) riding areas in parking lots or cabins, which I tend not to be seen around.
Those guys can't ride worth ch!t so really never see them...
Well Hotshotharry, is a real good friend that I trust 100%, we are not just sledding buddies and the group are all great guys that I have rode with many times.
