We were ditch banging out by Regina Beach doing the exact same thing and the guys (myself included) I was riding with had the same cramping hand syndrome. We figured out a pretty good fix at the end of the day tho. Whiskey Fix which can be purchased at any fine off sale!!
Thanks! Yea I was able to stuff a long screw driver down and open the pump wide open and then let it idle for ten. Put some 50:1 in the tank as well just to be safe. Maintenance on this one is sure a little bit more difficult then my old one lunger.
Enough snow anywere around Sasky that would be worth loading up and taking a drive? Coming out of Regina. There is snow here but enough to drive but not enough to ride.
Any members around Fernie willing to ride with some Sasky boys for a day to give us an idea of where we need to go to have a good time and have a couple bevy's with some fellow snowmobile family. Coming up early March, Thanks!!
Was out in Usherville Endeavour area two weekends ago. Good snow all around, trails were beat up pretty good a lot of traffic, good powder if you can find it a lot of traffic. Lots of powder left untouched if you know were you are going!
Was wondering what anybody has used to cover up the nose opening on the front of sled. (Aftermarket or homemade) Sick of the snow coming in the front of sled and then melting on pipe running down into the boots of sled freezing and ripping the boots off when turning. Any help would be great, Thanks!
1971 Starcraft Escort 290. 1979 Artic Cat El Tigre 5000. Have to use them more then my new sled because atleast the bogey wheels (Starcraft) can run on the 2 cm of snow we have in Saskatchewan!!
