i switched up to z bros, and had no issues this season, i would recommend them

got a 2004 CRF 450r that hasn't been getting much use, needs some spring maint/tune up items but im sure we could settle on a reasonable price. got some extra plastics, and misc parts, and some gear PM me if interested.

sledtillded, i forgot that point, i believe you are on to something there, the fuel controllers work wonders for these engines even with just the pipe

i have the fix fit and slp stage 3, i had DETO issues(same as you are describing) on the trail rides up also , i have corrected these issues with about 15-25% av gas per tank. you may not need as much with out the hi comp head.

if the T stat setting to ON doesn't work, its because the board will let the fan relay control its operation in the heating mode not the G terminal , hope it works for ya ​looks like the contacts 1-3 aren't closing on the relay( to check it, use your volt meter across 1-3 contacts when there...

if you jumped out G and you blower started, your should be motor is fine, the blower is supposed to Delay on when there is a call for heat(this is so the blower doesn't blow cold air into the space) if your burner is igniting fine, you don't have to change the flame sensing...
