"Snow-machiners" Is this an application to the US?!
I'm sure GSR will be along at some point to chime in, but I don't think it'll have a huge impact on how busy it is up there. As said above, couldn't be a better group of people running this.
Sorry Tex! If looking for one for you kid, grab one that already has a Fix Kit put in it, and it'll be a strong motor for ya. There are lots of them out there.
Well, that is certainly a personal thing. One person may prefer more gear on their sled, and less on their back and prefer the 22. Another may not have the same storage on their sled, or prefer to carry it with them, so they would go with the 25.
The bigger the bag you wear, the more stuff you...
It's also on the Google Play store for $15 in HD. Probably somewhere around that on iTunes.
I don't think I've actually seen Boondockers in my usual dealers.
It would certainly help in those off camber situations, when the sled is already leaning downhill. That is when it is hardest to get the Pro over. I think I am going to wait another year to get one for my sled, until we actually start to hear some real world reviews on them.
Re: Polaris RETARDS (Tether Instructions)
All of the Pros (2011-15) have had the factory connection. I'm wondering if you got a bad one that had the wrong instructions in them.
Re: Polaris RETARDS (Tether Instructions)
I had absolutely no issues with the instructions. I thought they were very clear, and I had no problem installing my tether. Yes, it did take me longer to figure out how to remove the hood. Struggled to get those plastic pop-up rivets out.
Re: Polaris RETARDS (Tether Instructions)
Right after X-Treme mentioned PWCs, I thought about the throttle sticking, and realized it's a good idea. I wasn't thinking about throttles sticking at all, just being mechanically pushed while rolling over. Honestly was just thinking about protection...
Re: Polaris RETARDS (Tether Instructions)
Because the guys that buy these things for ditch banging and flat land stuff may not want a tether on it. Very little chance of it rolling down a hill on to you. Also gives you the option to install your preferred style of tether.
EDIT: For throttles...
Re: Polaris RETARDS (Tether Instructions)
Those sound nothing like the instructions I had for the Polaris tether I installed on my 12 (they are probably the same). It definitely didn't say to install the tether close to the ignition switch. That's a good way to get your tether wrapped around...
