Update. They worked very well. Pulled both plugs after 30 miles of hard riding, and both plugs very clean with a slight light browning effect on the insulators. I used the Bosch platinum 2's.

Has anyone used bosch platinum 2 or 4 plugs? i am going to try them out today in my xc 700
