Why wouldn't you add more weight to the primary? I would have a look at the primary spring, and give it all a good cleaning. But if it's hitting Rev limit, it needs more weight.

I've had mine welded. a good shop can weld cast aluminum.

Possibly a dead spot in the tps. I know Polaris had a ton of issues with these. Also check you throttle switch

My pro runs at 51-53 Celsius. Can't remember when they shut down. But at 65 I stop and cool things off. I don't move mine till at least 35, 40 for the trail.

Have you physically checked the voltage? What code is it actually throwing? That will help you out alot. If you changed the ac voltage reg, pull the recoil and see what it looks like. I had the stator pickups come loose.

I carry a 15mm deep socket /small 3/8 ratchet. That does all the clutch and belt drive bolts. I also carry a 10 mm socket for the primary. The quick drive bolts can be super tight, so sometimes a wrench just slips off. Plus, you can use the small spacer on the secondary clutch to aid...

Ride it, their kit is great. a little suspect about the boost-it box issues. Boost-it has one of the best fuel controller on the market.

the 13-15 control arms fit. they need a bit of a tweak to get them bolted up. no cutting of bushings.

using an amp clamp, test the red wire to the fuel pump. should be 4.4-4.5. if it's higher then 4.8 your pump is gone. also check tps

Thanks to the group who let us ride with them today. Trail is still in decent shape, the climb through the trees is icy as hell though. still some decent untracked snow, but you need to look... snowed a fee inches today, no visible slides, whoomps sounds. snows starting to set up.

Re: 3" Track Install Depends what cooler. I have a water to air cooler with the charge air cooler under tunnel. Also have a cooler in front in belly pan for the track. Also made by boost-it.
