    Gas Pot, Remote Start.

Try holding your remote to your chin when you start it. Your jawbone will act as an antenna and usually it gives a bit more range.

How many out there cook on a smoker??

Check out the Char Griller Dou. It has a charcoal side and a gas side. You can also add a smoker onto the charcoal side. I bought one at Walmart for 300 bucks. I think Bass Pro north of Calgary carries them as well. Very well built and works great.

A good day for the oil patch

The gas is from BC but it will stimulate the economy from both BC and Alberta. Most oilfield services and drilling contractors come out of Alberta. It will be a win win for both provinces.

    Summer Plans ect

Riding from Kelowna to Vegas with a few guys from work. Maybe do the Oregon coast on the way home. Flying the wives down to Vegas to meet us for the weekend. Getting the wives involved sure made it easier to get the green light for the trip.

    Another Avy Bag Question

This is kinda what I was thinking. The bag would have you floating on your stomach and you would end up drowning before you could get it off.

    Another Avy Bag Question

I understand they are not designed for this application. But if you were riding and went through ice into a lake do you think even a partial inflation would help?

    Another Avy Bag Question

I was thinking about it the other day. I'm not sure if there has been any testing done but would an avy bag help or hinder you if you were in the water. I would think they would put a person face down in the water and greatly increase the chance of drowning.
