My buddy says that it could be a worn slide needle and seat. Plus would there be an accelerated pump on it? There is a diaphragm on it.

I just bought the quad know it needed stuff. Put in a clutch pack to get it to move forward. But as soon as u try to move it seems like carb chokes out engine and kills it. Plus choke needs to be on to get enough power to even move quad. Answers?
