No i never hit anything. the shock is just leaked out. looks like its all coming out of the wiper seal. Shaft doesnt look like it marked at all. Not sure why it leaked out. Not many miles on them at all. How much? Where and when can i send it?

It sounds like you might have a stator failing. The fact that you replaced the voltage regulator already and no wiring problems, thats where i would look. Low input voltage to the regulator will cause a low output voltage and will cause all sorts of havoc with the electronics.

I just put that extreme air vents upgrade kit in my 09 xp. Made a huge difference. Leans over way easier and very easy to install. well worth the money.
