Was that the inside or outside of the top pully that let go? Also, Is there a 'fence' on the bottom pully of the TKI as well? Reason I ask is I have had to make a fix for a few Kurt's gear down belt drives for the top gear as well. With Kurts, there is no tensioner, same as stock Polaris...
My Trenchers are far from weak!! I hit chit abd bounce my Ski's off rocks and trees regularly. It's like I aim for them or something...... The original Heim Joints form a few years back were weaker, but now they all come with Heavy Duty ones, much stronger and much longer bearing race life
I just changed my factory plugs in my 18 Axys. 3000Km on them when finally fouled one. Wanted to see how long they would go. So something amis with yours for sure. Also, My T stat keeps her 97-103F in powder all day long.
Switch Savers. $27.99. CNC machined from billet 6061 Aircraft aluminum. Switches cost over $150 to replace from Polaris. Protect yours from an errant knee busting one off. Thick enough to supply unmatched strength yet thin enough to easily work switches with gloves on.
Bandit Solutions, A small CNC shop in Sicamous BC is pleased to announce Billet Brake levers and Linq mount plates for the Axys/Khaos chassis. as well as Rail Savers.
Brake levers are a little shorter handle length, with an improved actuation feel and improved park brake lock position. No...
No he's not. Large companies like Itek and Klim have much more volume than us little guys. I run Bandit Solutions. Same things as Canada Sled Parts. Small CNC milling company. Costs me little over $17 to mail a billet brake lever now, not including the packaging and handeling time...
Actually, Can Post is stupid for things that do not fit in the envelope gauge. No matter how light. If it dont fit in the envelope thickness gauge, it's about $18 My cost with business discount, to ship lightweight parts (0-500g) in BC, AB and Sask. So he's not off on his shipping price...
I love the bar hooks! Never ever slip off. And can hold the hardest of side hills with 2 fingers. Just kinda wish they were normal mtb or dirt bike style bars for looks really.
No, the rear does not have torsion springs... The trail sled ya but not RMK or Khaos sled. Torsion springs are better for trail, I agree there
Skidoo does tho, Same suspension front as XM, Same rear susp as XP.
Copy Skidoo because they put a turbo on it? But if they didn't, you'd be saying they need to get a turbo and get in the game. Ir is it because they came out with a new chassis that they are copying.... Oh wait, Doo still on a 6 year old chassis.... Nothing new to see there. New Primary clutch...
So, I know React shocks are 5/8" shorter. I have Trenchers arms, but for my 18, the longer shocks. Looking at upgrading shocks soon to QS3 floats. But wondering if anyone notice any detrimental effects going with shorter shocks. Longer, put more ski pressure, obviously. I could TIG on...
