Hello,
I have been running the Timbersled suspension and iceage rails since the timbersled suspension first came out. It has been great. I am running 8" wheels instead of the stock 6". It works well for climbing and boondocking. You will notice more ski pressure when on the trail but it's to...
That RX-1 should run forever. It's basically the R-1 streetbike engine. I have seen a few RX-1's with over 20,000km. Some boosted some not. So ride it, Do your regular maintenance on it, And enjoy the snow.
The Alberta Oldtimers is a good time. Really laid back.
The PMA is another circuit in alberta. It is a good time too. Most of the races are in G.P. , Dawson Creek, Peace River,
The CMRC is a good time. The ALberta Provincial series is quite well organized.
Just remember to have fun...
Looks Good Sammy,
I have been thinking about putting a tunnel dump on my Apex but I wasn't to sure on where to start. Now the gears are turning. Thanks for the inspiration.
Who's drop Brackets are you using or are they your own creation?
Flipping the track helps for a while. But once the paddles start to fold back they crack and some tear off. They are just a soft paddle. They will start to fold over no matter what. Flipping it buys you a bit of time before you have to buy a new track.
The riding style of the Nytro is different. I know alot of guys that had to put on a few hundred km's before they got use to it. I prefer the Apex but that's just my preference. Good Luck.
