I can definitely ask I’m not back down sledding for another week or so but I know they were removing bushings when doing HD springs so I’ll see what all they saved. They had them their showing another customer that had the same issue when I was in line to grab oil so just caught what was being...
Instead of the spring working like it’s designed they bend to much where they come off the spacer every one was damaged the same.
I used to think this was a great mod until I seen all the damaged springs and how cheep the HD springs are
I was in at powder lites the other day and they had a whole pile of damaged springs from putting the spacers in. Common enough they are stock a couple sets of HD springs now.
Sell it how you want the spring is not designed to work like that and the HD springs are dirt cheep
Why not get a different spring and get 2 birds stoned at once. Lower engagement rpm will load the turbo and make boost faster and different finishing pressure to bring clicker back to 3. With good clutching I be willing to bet you could spool way faster stock 6200 rpm to make boost is really...
Because it’s not how a torsion spring is designed to work and it actually damages the springs. Most springs come out bent because the make it bent to much where it comes off the spacer.
Hd springs work much better then the spacer and last a lot longer
Ktm has not used rotex engines for some time. Rotex used to build ktm 2 strokes in 70’s and 80’s and had something in on the first 4 stokes. Ktm has since bought hasaberg and husky and engines are ktm build with some high end parts outsourced to companies like del west
Bpower . I have bpower, zbros and trenchers and bpower is the strongest by far and best feel too. Zbros get loose fast and don’t take a hit and I don’t like the upper setup of the trenchers and it doesn’t feel as good to steer
Full speed in Revy stocks a cable and so does Trevor at macs machine most small shops do it’s common.
Lost 5 cables between 4 sleds last year with the Munster finger ffs
Not Icey normal groomed conditions even loose it just constantly climbs. Way faster then normal. Scratchers down it it 150+ when other Axys are 110-120
I had 4 kinda 5 Axys last winter and this is the only one that’s ever done this.
I have over 13000 miles on Axys I’m pretty used to how they...
The dealer did it but I checked and no air in the system. The piece that breaks off is just a small. Ring so it wouldn’t block anything that’s why I’m guessing water pump damage
Has anyone had a 800 Axys with a water pump impeller failure? Sled gains temp way to fast in the trail always looking for fresh snow. Runs fine once I’ll top. 2018 Dealer has already done a Tstat I said from the start I though it was the wp impeller.
It’s not a normal polaris gets hot in the...
Typical 2019 the motors had lots of crank issues from the PTO bearing not being installed at the right depth to case sealant restricting the oil passage. 2020’s were fixed
