Conditions around Hinton are good right now. The deep holes are still frozen over and there is very little snow. Very little snow depending on where you go. There is still deep snow at higher elevations. Great spring riding.

I hear about lots of near misses out there. It would be great if more people use whip flags. Most crashes that have occured may have been avoided if one of the machines had a flag.

Rode there for 12 years. It use to be good. Went there last summer for the first time in a long time. It was awfull. Way to rough. Every trail was big hole after big hole. That place has been torn up.

And keep those rear u-joints greased! I ordered one from BRP for a Outlander running 29's. $129.00!! I was not able to find a aftermarket alternitive. Ouch! That has been the only flaw in his driveline so far. Otherwise the 29's have not botherd it a bit. Lots of power to turn them.

Oh yeah! Overheating was a real issue last year. We had a couple of mini pressure washers made from used chevy electric fuel pumps. Great idea. We had to clean out our rads several times that day. The only challenge was finding clean water.
