I agree appraisals are good for insurance, but at least this way someone can confirm for her if its numbers matching, what factory options it had. That's worth it before trying to sell.,

Its common unfortunately. If you had a decent size of amount owing when you filed your taxes last year chances are you have to make instalments in the upcoming year.
Kijiji is the worst for everything. I once drove two hours one way and then once there he tells me he had only listed it to gauge interest, he wasn't selling it that day. Exchanged some pleasantries for completely wasting my time and then I got a speeding ticket on the way home. I kid you not, lol.
