Extra cylinder = extra head aches, not worth it to me with the power and reliability of the twins out now. I wonder how much a triple with pipes weighs compared to a big bored 800 or a turbo 800.
put 125 ish miles on today putting the trail in around whitewood. snow was surprisingly good in spots. got 75% of the trail marked and groomed. hoping for another 6 inches and it would be great.
snows pretty thin around whitewood still. buddy hit a culvert closing valve lastnight. did lots of damage. we are hoping to get the trail groomed and signed saturday.
i just bought some klim power xross gloves, hated them for the start of the day. by the end of the day i can say i was very impressed. dry, even though we rode through pouring rain on the way down the first day, up and down in the rain the second day, and a massive downpour down the 3rd day...
thanks guys, looks like i'm gunna pick up the 650 from the states next time i'm down there. where would i find the maps for revy and area, or are they pre loaded?
anyone out there have any of these rhino's? hows the range and battery life? i'm thinking about going with the 650. would i be better to go with the 655, or would the 610 be fine and what is the differance between them? thanks
I'd love to have a big bored m1200, carbon fibre chassis, 3" 174 track, maybe some spray just incase, and a turbo m8 of some description.... oh if money was no object how fun life would be
i took mine out today, can u pry from both ends, its a tight fight and needs to come off square. on a positive note, the guy before me put the bearin upgrade in and it was in great shape.
i was kinda leaning towards a dpm leak as its a brand new crate engine and i'm sure they woulda checked the jetting on it. is there any way to test it at home? i really dont feel like sinking a ton of cash into it as a back up sled
just picked up a 2001 summit 800 as a back up sled. was wondering what kinda jetting i need to run at 6000+ feet? currently running it at 2000 feet. what do i need to change to make it run at 6000, previous owner said it ran like crap at elevation.
