I'm originaly from Wasaga beach, Ont. Right in the middle of the snow belt. Hope you get lots of snow there as we have a winter storm warning out here in the Edmonton area:):d
Meniscus is the cartlidge between the bones in the knee that allow the joint to be able to move around.
Had bilateral knee surgery in march to repair torn meniscus in right knee and shredded meniscus in left knee.
Back on "the pins" again and wanting more snow!!!:d
The biggest difference is in the trailing arms themselves and there placement.
The 99 has outboard trailing arms that you would normaly find. Where the 2000 has trailing arms that are mounted in behind the bellypan. Polaris only did this for the 2000 model year as they got too much flack from...
Just a word of caution, if you leave the 210 jets in there, than you will prob burn down the motor as these are quite a bit smaller than the stock jetting.
Hopefully this helps:)
The stock jetting in the carbs apply whether the hac is on or not. The hac only comes into play above 6000 ft. The problem is that sometimes it can freeze up and cause the carbs to run rich, fouling plugs quickly. If you remove it, Which I've done to lots of sleds in the past than you want to...
Your correct about the original hac lines being a specific length. If you take the hac off, the vent lines that come off the the carbs by the round slide shuold be put back on and left open as this is the atmospheric source for the float bowl. Without the hac it does not matter what length they...
Marine tex refers to the sealant that would be applied to mounting bolts etc. to seal the area from water penetration. It's not meant to be used to repair gel coat. Check with either your closest marine dealer of fiberglass shop as they will have a kit for just such a repair.
Make sure the...
If you are running a 19 pitch prop at 5500 than try running a 23 pitch prop as this will bring down your rpm's and improve the overall performance. Don't spend the money on a ss prop untill your happy with how the boat is performing for you. Because you changed the gear ratio with the upper gear...
I'm a journeyman marine and sled mechanic by trade. First determine what your top end rpm is. This is always the starting point for the pitch. The 5.0l should be running at 4500 rpm. The high five as mentioned before is an excellent prop and will automaticaly improve the performance of the...
Sounds like your in the correct rpm range but what do you mean when you say the 600 is running better. Is it running better in the midrange or at wot. How is the condition of your spark plugs. More to the answer than just rpm's.
