This is also my first 4 stoke.... thinking the most painful part of owning a 4 stroke is the extended break in period. 2 stroke...heat sink it a couple of times, add a little premix in your tank and pin it..... 4 stroke...tape a piece of wood or something similiar so you can't go over half...
Was at my dealer in Edson a couple of days ago and they where just unloading approx 20 proclimbs. None where the snochecks tho. All where the 800's in reg form, sno pro and HCR. Have to say I was a little worried that the sno checks where already in and I would be forced to take it home and...
So I started tearing my bike down so that I could powder coat every piece of chrome on it and there appears to be alot of plastic chrome pieces surrounding the motor.... I had heard there are places that do powdercoat plastic....anybody know of a shop in Edmonton or area?
It may be good business sense if there numbers indicate they're losing customers... but really... who knows what there business plan is? Sure wish I knew. :confused:
Talked to a performance shop in the States last week (very notable tuner for the Cats) and foresure there will be a mid season release on Feb 15. Also stated that he has seen all the 2012's and was very impressed with the changes! :beer::beer: Cheers

Put in new pistons (3500 miles on originals) when the reflash was done. Mag side piston went out 400 miles later! With this 09 flash there was next to no visible piston wash with it running especially lean at 5600 rpm...
Well it took a few days but with the help of Jan from Haber we have it all worked out! Sure wish there were more companies out there that treated their customers as good as these guys. Thanks Jan
That's true, I always give my dealer the chance....if he's way out then off to the net I go! I find shipping with Fedex is much cheaper than UPS with USPS cheaper than both. I think these guys like UPS and Fedex cause they come right to their door.
Just going to put a new jug and piston in my M1000. Common sense is telling me to replace the base gasket but I don't really feel like pulling off the other cylinder. Are these base gaskets reusable?
