Nice to see the fibrous material gone from the sides....I find its like velcro for the snow and you end up with ice balls on the sides of your seat making you even more bull legged. Darn I wish I didn't just buy one! :(
Don't think you need any more convincing but I also came from an M1000. I went through 4 DD's, 2 cylinders, 4 pistons, 1 crank, a tunnel & bulkhead, Secondary clutch, & several motor mounts.... I've missed more sledding trips than you can imagine....can't believe I stuck with that POS for 4...
My Assualt boards started twisting up after the first ride...so just a matter of time before they would have started cracking. Bolted on the underside? Can't see that working very well being all the down force is only being held by the rivets.
Polaris is providing an insert for the running boards that is riveted in....all under warranty! Downside is that you will have less traction as these inserts are placed on top of the board and have no built in traction aid....IMO just spend the money and get the WRP tunnel supports, air boards...
I seen my right floor board is getting a bit twisted up where my foot is normally positioned...so just a matter of time. Think running board supports are a must with these.
If you guys are feeling these things are sidehilling like an 08 XP (IMO it feels like it) Cat is offering a 38" A-arm kit (all 4 A-arms), shorter tie-rod tubes, and a travel reducing spacer (shock needs to be taken apart) for only 230 bones!
I'm not a loud mouth....REALLY!! Do you actually go back and read your posts....reminds me of an 8 yr old stuck in an early 20's body, with all your my dads tougher than yours mentality. Have a good day Loud Mouth.
