Took a rip across the yard when i got it home. Didn't open it right up but seems to run decent. Gonna send the seat off to get recovered this fall and might get the hood repainted.
Definitely more than they used to be. Not long ago old sleds could hardly be given away. This invader was $1300 but in really good shape other than small hole in hood and seat needs to be recovered.
I sold my sled in 2017 when I started my steam truck business and between that, wife and new baby I can't justify it anymore. Doesn't help that oil Industry has been completely dead in SW sask the last couple years and 4 years of drought on the farm makes buying $20000 sled so I can spend $1000...
Had a hail insurance adjuster tell me he couldn't count lentil pods that were still attached to plant that hail hammered flat into the furrows as a loss. I asked him what kind of header is gonna get those off the ground. He called it 60% loss. Had to send in paper work from other insurance...
