Had a 3" level in the front and 1.5 in the rear. Ran 35 12 20 Nitro trails w/ +20 rockstars and rubbed only on my front mud flaps but was tight. Ended up with 6" procomp and 37s in the end due to the leveling kit destroying my front end.
How you guys finding the 3's? Ordered an old style for my xm hopefully try it in golden next week. Throw my 156 3 head to head with the 154 2.5 stocker.
Yup always burp when filling. Usually have a buddy sit on the tunnel while I stand as far back on the running boards as I can. But when I head to BC to ride that's what I do. Only stop when stuck, or a swig of poweraid and stick of beef jerky.
It only comes with one. If you disconnect both sides the I'd imagine the sway bar would hang down and shift side to side which isn't good or needed. Disconnecting the one side is all that's needed since they will be independent.
I still manage to run my 800 etec out of fuel. I'm WFO all day though. Usually run out 48-50mi on the odo. Have to carry my jerry around because the guys were getting tired of heading back to our drop off point for me. Most can make a day safely.
I wish I had them as a local dealer. Was there couple years ago and blew out my shock. Came back from riding and caught them around closing, they stayed late and fabed up a new shock setup since they didn't have a direct replacement in stock. Came by at 8am on way out to the hills next morning...
Probably not the reason but if it doesn't sense that the throttle is fully closer on start up it won't Rev. Happens in the mountains when you roll the sled over and snow wedges in the flipper.
That's tough. Usually m/t's are good in snow or slush but bad on ice. A dedicated snow tire such as a blizzak or winter force will be hard to find in that size I imagine.
Had 35 trail grapplers on last winter. Ice was manageable but snow was fun as hell. Hydroplaning was tough to do on slush...
Moonlighters often go that route since they can earn say 15 an hour at a shop or charge 40 doing their own thing with little to no overhead. Its cheaper for a fix but if its a shotty mechanic good luck if you have trouble down the road.
