So Skidoo doesn't care about weight due to emissions or sound? Hmmmm
Seems to me a weight reduction is the main ingredient or guys who build aftermarket parts wouldn't use CF or Titanium. There had to be more of a reason. Are they focusing on other areas to offset the weight?

I have heard over and over from guys who have rode both that the 15x163 Polaris pops up on top of the snow better than the Skidoo. I have not had the chance to see this for myself.

I had a little chat with him on it. I tried not to be a douche but still put my point across about the 22000.00
A nice rig but not worth anywhere near retail.

Even though Skidoo has made more changes this year from last than the others, why can't they work on their diet? I'm impartial either way and am trying to decide which way to go for next winter for my wife and son. ... but Polaris is 47 pounds lighter with a more rigid chassis. Can someone...
As long as his baggy jeans are cut off below... long socks pulled up above the knee, tap out shirt, white oaks and the DC straight rim jacked sideways. .... Cause that's what they do down there.
Chachi'd right out.

Imagine going ditch bound and rolling your truck with a 70 lb dog (bowling ball) bouncing around in the cab? You'd be dead with your seat belt on. My dog is 160. Ouch.

My first two sleds were Skidoo 640e's. Not too sure what the e stood for as the electric start never did work but the cigarette lighter always did. Maybe that was so you could have a smoke break while trying to start the POS? I pulled my guts out trying to start it every time I wanted to ride...
Some good thoughts here. Thanks.
My son put in his order in yesterday lol. He doesn't even know I'm thinking about doing anything here. Tells me to sell his sled and quad for the upgrade. He wants an 800 etec with a 163. The newer the better. I keep quizzing him on brands. I ask him what's...
You should sell it to Ed. Seeing as you just bought it Saturday and don't like it. ; )
It is for sale, correct?

My buddy got pulled over for speeding. His little dog jumped on his lap to check out the officer when he came up to the window. 200 something ticket for a dog on his lap while operating a motor vehicle. Lol. I guess they need to be boxed up in the trick too.
Stupid lap dogs. Dogs are supposed...
Might seem silly but my friend's son had an AC M8 with similar issues. He toggled the headlights from high beam to low beam and the sled runs. He found this out at a sled rally when he was SOL on the side of the trail and some chick passed us and said this. We were all. ... Ya right. Geez...
Oh I dunno about that. I know my dealer very well. It's like Norm walks into Cheers when I go in there. I was told to remove my can before it came in. If the wrong eyes see things, it cannot be unseen.

Is skidoo warranty as finicky as Polaris? Take a new Popo in for warranty work with a can on it and your engine warranty is void. Pathetic really.

The idle jets are plugged. They have the tiniest holes in them that get blocked. Compressed air doesn't airways work with these. Use one strand of wire to clean the holes out. Then compressed air with carb cleaner spray.

Not that my son or wife would appear in the BRAAP 14 or Slednecks videos (lol) but if I recall, most of the sleds in there are AC's and Polaris. Not many Skidoos. Am I right about that? And why would that be?

Let me ask this then about the new sleds. ...
Best trail machine?
Best deep powder play machine?
Best jumper?
Best climber?
Best boondocker?
Best flat lander handling in a foot of snow or 3 feet of snow?
I guess I'm looking for a sled that will be ridden mostly around Whitecourt and do...
