oh ya, been there once in the winter, and was there 2 weeks ago. Muskeg, good climbs, old gravel pit and good trails. miles of riding. I enjoyed it. No need to go through the muskeg because theres lots of trails around it.

Maybe Alder Flatts might work you? go west through the town. Staging area on the right. You can camp there. Long island lake just North of WestLock. Spots to camp and you can go fishing and swimming but cant ride your quad in the park.

stanger hills is great, need to go back did not cover much ground due to muskeg and broken Polaris. We put on 7km in 4 hours. yikes!
