I have 2 friends that work in that area, and they say that some of the infracting vehicles had Alberta plates. I don't want to point fingers but I'm sick and tired of a few a'holes ruining it for everyone else. If this all raises some awareness, we all benefit.
Here we go again. Just because of a few f'n arseholes we lose more sledding area. Use that lump on top of your shoulders or go ride Boulder with all the other tourists. Better yet, stop in Golden, and ride there.:(

I had some friends caught in a series of avy's in the Deadmans area on Frisby yesterday. I'm not going to talk details, but I wanted to let everyone know that the conditions around here are not very good. The snow pack is very unstable so be very careful.

Today on Frisby it was croutch deep on top of about 1 to 1.5 meter base. The base is very solid and most creeks are filled in and MOST rocks are covered. This is above about 4500'. Not much coverage below that.
