Really lol, with respects to TSS I'm not going to give my opinion on the first half of that question.
The second question, the box coming from Neil is unlocked, on my previous sled the box from TSS had the boost locked. Funny cause they charged me $250 dollars for a electronic boost controller...

For me It's the tuner behind the fuel controller+ the quality of parts used + price + customer service = consumer experience
and another thing to take in consideration is the location, nothing like trouble shooting over the phone or via email to somebody in kansas...

i'm pretty sure Neil used to run a HM turbo with his fuel controller and now he has moved away from that.... so i'm sure that happened for a reason, personally i would not want to run a variable vane turbo, the only experience with aerocharger i've had was with a guy that had 5 years worth of...
Nope only had bad experiences with the self lube turbos, kpa oil pump turbo seems to be fine other then burning oil, the boost it garret doesn't seem to burn oil yet, also the tank is vented with a roll over valve,the KPA tank is not, not sure if that has anything to do with it

That's just my experiences, I try to tell it how it is, if it works it works if it dont, it dont, don't care who's kit it is. I have a KPA oil pump turbo as well and it works fine, but the sled with all the problems is straight from TSS, KPA self lube

How much research or experience do you have with that kpa self lube turbo?
Here's mine, I try not to diss products I've haven't had experiences with but you wouldn't pay me enough to run that piece... we have one in our group who always has to ride a spare sled, from blown turbos, grease...
I used to run av gas but I've moved away from running it, I stick with 50/50 mix of vp c111 and 91 no matter what boost level I'm running, also I add a splash of leaded fuel lubricant, Av is really dry

Great point, i've always ran good fuel, never tried getting away with running more pump fuel, 50/50 mix, sometimes a bit happy with the race fuel when running high boost
i run 10lbs on my Tss with no engine mods as well, been pretty lucky no issues other then blown belts. about 3500 km now and still pulls like a freight train

Just an update fellas, just got back from 3 days of riding, passed 50% break in mode now. I LOVE this sled, I could go on and on about it. if your interested get out and try one
