You can but I would not mix it more than 15% methanol to 85% gas, after that it will eat the seals and rubber. Gets really corrosive to some parts if mixed too pure.
I know a few guys running doo pilot 6.9 on their Nytro, the seem to really like them. I ran slydogs for a while but in hard crusty snow they were almost dangerous, they would just take off the other way and kick you off the sled, but they floated really well and did not dart at all.
Pretty tough to diagnose what is wrong without knowing what you got in there, post what weights how many rivets, rollers, primary spring, secondary spring and helix. Then we can tell you exactly what is wrong. The shockwave is not necessary the answer it really is the cheating why of doing it...
Dynotech dynoed one with all sorts of different combos. With intake filters, excell header and hi flow can dynoed at 150 HP. You have to subscribe to dynotech to see it.
I have one on my turbo. It takes some time but it is doable, what are you running, stock, header, exhaust ect... I have 3 or 4 different maps for stock nytro and with exhaust, intake, muffler.
Install/What Turbo Kit/ This sled has alot of untold history.
Hopefully CHAD takes care of you RON, there is no way that tunnel should be the way it is! Put up come pics of the tunnel, I just put one on and will have to put stiffeners on it I guess.
Its a 67 Camero RS/SS numbers matching, no rust. Yes, it is a good shelf at times. Everytime I clean it off, it seems to get piled back on it some how.
I bent my outer extrusions on my Nytro and after about 80 degrees at a 8 inch arc they cracked. Phone CR and get the outer extrusions they have for their tunnels. You dont need the whole thing just the outer extrusions.
Here's a link, check it out. I think he wanted 400.00 for bent up ones...
