ok so here is the real probem once i got the block out. The tiny oil line that gose from the oil pump to the one side of the block was broke off. So this means no oil to that side of the crank. I was hitting some big drifts and landing kinda hard but damn what a crappy design. Why the hell didnt...

I was hard to tell if the boot was bad at first then i started to pull the outer linning off and noticed the one corner was cracked just about threw but im sure it wasnt all the way. Could it be that the oil injection line to the block was froze off?
Yep!!! The side that had the Rod bearing go was the side with the bad boot. So you guys are saying that because the boot was f--ked the one cylender was running lean and that took out the bearing?

So i was out ditch bangin with my 04 Rev 800 151 with 1800miles on it and the engine sized on me. The sled was running Great then just nothing. The engine is bone stock any ideas on what might have happend? Do these 800s have an issue common in these older Revs?

Yeah i think all they do is give you more clearence when in deep snow. I was told that they work really good in deep soft snow but not as good on harder snow. I am trying to figure out what seting i need to be on with the brackets and also where i am going to have to my limiter strap at..

I have a set of smitty Drop brackets on my 04 Rev 151 and im not sure if i should Run the lowest Drop due to the Attack angle and haveing to much Ski pressure. Anyone have these if so what set up did you Run.
