2011 800 assault. No problem until 1300 miles, DET mode started kicking in if I pinned the throtle. I changed the fuel pump and its fine now.

i went to wisconsin this last week and my sled was still not running right. Im trading it in on the 2011 switchback assault.

been using Ams for about a year. I can get it cheap from a buddy and it has a better smell in my opinion. id recommend amsoil to anyone! love it

Hopefully it takes awhile for it to do it again because going on a trip for 5 days in wisconsin and if it does this again in screwed!

Yea it was my right side piston and there is some scoring on the cylider but nothing too bad. good thing i stopped when i did! and next year im trading it in on a 2011 or 2012 and gunna hope for the best! if this happens again its going bye bye..... maybe ill check out the local skidoo dealer too

i was riding my dragon about 60 mph and it just died. i got it off the river and it was backfiring bad! the silencer was beat red. think something is wrong with the piston or something ill have more info tomorrow after my dealer tells me whats wrong.

thanks to everyone who commented and i am still deciding between slp and mbrp i like mbrp more because of the noise but i think id get in more trouble with dnr if i had it :mad::(:eek:

i have a 09 polaris dragon switchback and just wondering if putting a mbrp can on my sled would do anything to the motor? I am wondering if i am going to have to do other stuff to the motor if i put it on. and also i could use some pros and cons to help make my decision easier

What is the best can you can buy to make ur sled loud but not overly loud?
